Raw material quality is the foundation of equipment performance. We implement strict warehousing inspection standards for all steel plates, accessories and anti-corrosion materials used in steel silo and cement equipment production. Professional inspectors strictly test plate thickness, material toughness, compressive strength and accessory specifications to prevent unqualified materials from entering production. We also establish material traceability files for each batch of supplies. This procedure eliminates potential quality risks such as deformation, corrosion and structural instability from the source, building a solid foundation for subsequent precision manufacturing.
Quality Control
Our company has built a full-process standardized quality control system covering steel silos and complete cement equipment, ranging from raw material procurement, production, finished product testing to project delivery. Strict material inspection is implemented for all incoming raw materials to eliminate hidden quality risks at the source. Patrol inspections are carried out during production to monitor technical standards including cutting, welding and anti-corrosion treatment in real time. Comprehensive performance tests are conducted on finished products before shipment to verify structural strength, tightness and operational stability. Final acceptance will be performed in accordance with contract specifications after on-site installation and commissioning. We adhere to high manufacturing standards and adopt a four-level inspection mechanism to discover defects timely. All products comply with domestic industrial standards and overseas export requirements. Supported by rigorous quality control procedures, we guarantee durable and safe equipment, and continuously supply stable and reliable complete sets of storage and cement production equipment for powder and granular materials to global customers.
Raw Material Inspection
In-process Production Inspection
We adopt segmented patrol inspection throughout the entire production process, covering CNC cutting, bending forming, welding riveting and anti-corrosion spraying. Quality inspectors follow up the whole production procedure, real-timely checking processing accuracy, technological standards, splicing tightness and appearance regularity to correct production deviations and process defects in time. Different from traditional single final inspection, dynamic full-process supervision avoids batch quality problems and ensures the technological uniformity and structural stability of all semi-finished and finished products.
Finished Product Final Inspection
All steel silos and complete cement equipment undergo comprehensive final inspection before delivery, serving as the core quality barrier before shipment. We focus on checking structural strength, dimensional accuracy, welding compactness, anti-corrosion coating uniformity and overall sealing performance. Meanwhile, linkage commissioning tests are carried out on supporting systems such as conveying, dust removal and discharging. All items are strictly verified in accordance with national and export standards. Unqualified products will be reworked without exception, ensuring all delivered equipment features stable performance and standard parameters to adapt to various complex working conditions.
Project Delivery & Acceptance
Standardized project delivery and acceptance will be launched after on-site installation and commissioning. The acceptance team comprehensively inspects core items including installation accuracy, production line operation status, storage sealing effect and safety protection configuration in strict accordance with construction specifications and contract standards. We complete equipment debugging optimization, parameter calibration and on-site rectification, and provide customers with acceptance reports, equipment documents and operation guidance. The strict delivery and acceptance system guarantees project quality and ensures long-term safe, stable and efficient operation of all equipment.
